Overall, the property was satisfactory; however, there were some communication issues with the host. During a discussion about early check-in, a member of our group asked clarifying questions and received a response that felt dismissive and could have been handled more professionally. There was also a concern raised about smoking inside the property. After we explained that no one in our group had smoked indoors, we did not receive any follow-up communication regarding the matter. Improving communication and guest interactions would enhance the overall experience for future guests.
